DDL Zan. Chiesa senza Misericordia? Ma la sua Missione è Annunciare la Verità

Cari amici e nemici di Stilum Curiae, un amico ci ha segnalato questo articolo de La Testa del Serpente, che ci sembra interessante condividere alla vostra attenzione e riflessione. Una buona lettura.

Avremmo preferito sentir dire che Dio è morto, che la Chiesa è un club avido di potere temporale governato da uomini repressi e che il suo insegnamento morale è obsoleto. Insomma avremmo incassato volentieri i soliti cliché anticlericali piuttosto che ascoltare la lezioncina sulla misericordia che la Chiesa non si deciderebbe ad applicare. Eppure succede che ci tocca rimpiangere gli insulti più classici e sorbirci una pillola di “misericordina”.
Ad impartire la lezione è il professore Daniele Menozzi storico della Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa e autore di numerosi saggi dedicati al rapporto tra Chiesa e società moderna. Allievo di Giuseppe Dossetti e collaboratore dell’Istituto di Scienze Religiose di Bologna.
Commentando il nuovo corso ecclesiale inaugurato da Papa Francesco il prof Menozzi aveva già lodato il primato della dimensione storica rispetto a quella dottrinale definendo la svolta “una grande conquista per il cattolicesimo” perché troppo a lungo, ha affermato, “la Chiesa ha mostrato verso la storia un sostanziale disinteresse, ma in questo modo ha pagato un prezzo assai salato: una forte diminuzione della sua capacità apostolica e della sua efficacia pastorale”. Troppa dottrina avrebbe dunque inibito e inabilitato la missione della Chiesa nel mondo, ma grazie al ritrovato primato della dimensione storica avrebbe recuperato il suo protagonismo.
Intervistato dal radiogiornale Rai della mezzanotte, l’11 luglio 2020 il professore ha bocciato il documento emesso dalla CEI col quale i vescovi italiani hanno alzato la voce contro il DDL Zan che prevede misure contro l’omofobia.
Secondo la CEI «nell’ordinamento giuridico del nostro Paese esistono già adeguati presidi con cui prevenire e reprimere ogni comportamento violento o persecutorio». Nessun vuoto normativo, dunque, che giustifichi l’urgenza di nuove disposizioni che finirebbero per «colpire l’espressione di una legittima opinione».
Un appello, quello dei Vescovi Italiani, per certi versi sorprendente viste le politiche concilianti alle quali ci aveva abituati la Chiesa Cattolica, ed in particolare quella italiana, negli ultimi anni (dopo l’uscita di scena del cardinale Ruini), anche su temi “sensibili”, i cosiddetti “principi non negoziabili”, assumendo toni dimessi e qualche volta ambigui (vedasi l’atteggiamento possibilista di alcuni vescovi sulle unioni civili durante il governo Renzi).
È la Chiesa della misericordia, si diceva. La Chiesa che dialoga, che integra e che accoglie. È il “nuovo corso”, si disse. Poi ci fu il grande Giubileo della misericordia e a molti sembrò che la Chiesa da “mater et magistra” diventasse una indulgente nonnina dotata di grandi dosi di caramellose misericordine sotto la manica da distribuire all’occorrenza.
Per questo destò sorpresa (e a taluni delusione e sconforto o… problemi di bile) che i Vescovi italiani segnalassero il progetto di legge come inutile e pericoloso («non serve una legge contro l’omotransfobia»), osando affermare che una simile legge potrebbe ledere (e lo si dice a ragion veduta) la libertà di opinione.
Era assai probabile che lo strappo tra Chiesa e legislatore venisse in qualche modo immediatamente ricucito. L’intervista di Luciano Moia sullo stesso giornale dei Vescovi al deputato democratico Zan, che da il nome al progetto di legge, andò in questa direzione. Sulle pagine di Avvenire il piddino rassicura i vescovi: «nessuna legge liberticida!». Le rassicurazioni di Zan tranquillizzeranno i vescovi? Probabile.
Facile prevedere che la proposta di legge verrà finalmente approvata, magari smussando le spigolature e garantendo che non verrà lesa la libertà di opinione; i vescovi verranno tranquillizzati e i fedeli invitati a non veicolare odio o discriminare omo e trans con parole, opere, pensieri ed omissioni. Il fatto è che in una decina di anni cambieremo, non solo il modo di parlare e di esprimerci su questi temi, ma anche il modo di pensare. Perché la legge fa cultura e modella i costumi; presto assumeremo anche noi e – in modo particolare – i nostri figli, la mentalità del legislatore che invita ad agire e a pensare in un certo modo.
Nel frattempo però la Chiesa paga il suo intervento con una bella nota sul diario e il giudizio severo del professore Menozzi che al radiogiornale notturno ha affermato: «La ragione fondamentale di questo intervento della CEI è riproporre l’insegnamento di Benedetto XVI in ordine alla Legge Naturale come unica norma rispetto alla quale si deve conformare tutta la vita collettiva». E ancora: «La CEI ritiene di poter incidere particolarmente nella società italiana contemporanea riproponendo la tesi dei principi non negoziabili. Mostra di aver scarsamente recepito l’idea che per essere effettivamente di nuovo presenti nel mondo contemporaneo occorre la linea della misericordia».
Ecco dunque il vero problema della CEI secondo il professore: non capisce, o non vuole capire, che ci vuole più misericordia e meno dottrina se vuole uscire fuori dalle sacrestie. Come a dire: se proprio volete affacciarvi fuori dalla canonica e presentarvi sulla scena pubblica fate in modo di usare più indulgenza altrimenti nessuno vi ascolterà.
Detto per inciso che la missione della Chiesa non è esattamente fare “presenza” nel mondo ma far presente Cristo nel mondo e portare gli uomini a Dio (ché in questo consiste la felicità piena) e non assecondare usi e costumi, resta da capire cosa centri la misericordia con la difesa della libertà di espressione e il contrasto ad una legge che introdurrebbe nel paese il reato di opinione e che «limita di fatto la libertà personale, le scelte educative, il modo di pensare e di essere, l’esercizio di critica e di dissenso» (CEI 2020). Entrando poi nel merito dell’argomento principale della legge, ossia il rispetto per le persone omosessuali e transessuali, la Conferenza Episcopale si dice ovviamente contraria ad ogni tipo di discriminazione e violenza, come è giusto e normale che sia. O forse qualcuno ha pensato che la Chiesa fosse favorevole a discriminazioni o violenze contro una qualsivoglia minoranza?
La vera missione della chiesa: proclamare e difendere la verità su Dio e sull’uomo.
Ma il vero punto focale non è quello della libertà di espressione sul quale si concentra il comunicato CEI. Per quello esistono le associazioni private e i movimenti (le istituzioni?) che vigilano sul rispetto dei diritti umani fondamentali. Alla Chiesa spetta una missione più grande, quella di annunciare e difendere la verità su Dio e sull’uomo (come affermato da Stefano Fontana su La Nuova BQ). Affermare però che l’uomo nasce o maschio o femmina (e che dunque il genere non è un costrutto sociale imposto dall’esterno o il frutto di un percorso psicologico liberamente scelto), dire che il matrimonio è tra un uomo e una donna, e che la famiglia è composta da un padre e una madre, che i bambini hanno bisogno di un papà e una mamma (e che l’unione sessuale dei due genitori è l’unico modo di concepirli) non è altro che affermare la verità, anche se per alcuni sgradita o scomoda. Altresì ricordare che le relazioni omosessuali sono un peccato che contrista lo Spirito Santo e rompe la comunione con Dio, e che la sessualità è un dono di Dio del quale non si può disporre a piacimento secondo i propri istinti e pulsioni, è il dovere della Chiesa che accoglie i peccatori (sì, anche i mafiosi, i ladri, gli omicidi – conoscete la storia di Jacques Fresch? – i criminali, così come i pettegoli, i calunniatori, gli invidiosi, i bugiardi, i violenti, gli avari e tutto quello che noi spesso siamo) e condanna fermamente il peccato.
Per questo la Chiesa non può benedire le coppie omosessuali, con buona pace dei parroci tedeschi che scambiano l’insubordinazione e la rivoluzione con espressioni non richieste di misericordia. E, per quanto molti non vogliano o non riescano a comprenderlo c’è molta, molta misericordia nell’annunciarlo senza paura e senza temere di disturbare le sensibilità o di infrangere leggi che in qualche modo lo proibiscano. Altro che lezioni notturne di misericordina.

Menozzi o non Menozzi, ormai è inutile che riferendoci a questa accozzaglia di venduti continuiamo a parlare di “Chiesa Cattolica”, anzi è diventato quasi ridicolo. Questo ente alla luce dei fatti non è quello che vuole far credere di essere, essendo infatti la “falsa chiesa”. Quella vera, in realtà, sta da un’altra parte, relegata nell’angoletto, bistrattata, presa in giro, schernita, quasi esposta al pubblico ludibrio, proprio perché è la Santa Chiesa, quella che di tutti questi insulti fa una corona di gloria (“Beati voi quando vi insulteranno, vi perseguiteranno e, mentendo, diranno ogni sorta di male contro di voi per causa mia. Rallegratevi ed esultate, perché grande è la vostra ricompensa nei cieli. ” Questo è il discorso evangelico delle beatitudini, senza pianeta, senza clima, senza discriminazioni, e soprattutto senza leggi zan.
“Poiché vi dico: se la vostra giustizia non supererà quella degli scribi e dei farisei, non entrerete nel regno dei cieli” : Firmato Gesù di Nazareth.

VISION OF ZACHARIAH, CHAPTER 5
“Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll. And he said unto me, ‘What seest thou?’ And I answered, ‘I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.'”
Veronica – The angel who is showing the vision is with him. The flying roll is approximately 35 to 40 feet long. The width, half the length (a cubit is the distance from the elbow to the fingertips).
“Then He said to me, ‘This is the curse that goeth over the face of the whole earth: for everyone that stealeth shall be cut off on this side according to it: and everyone that sweareth shall be cut off on that side according to it.

Veronica – The flying roll flies over the earth and kills people on both sides. The flying roll destroys their houses. The houses are burnt and consumed.
The size of the flying roll would be about the size of the new multiple warhead ICBMs or orbital bombs, the ones that will carry ten H-bombs each. – March 23, 1970
THE DAYS SPOKEN OF AND WRITTEN OF BY THE PROPHETS OF OLD
“Already, in many of My Son’s churches, side by side, are they sacrificing My Son, and also satan sacrifices unwilling victims to his black mass. My children, you must fight to retain the divinity of My Son, and not have satan encroach upon it. It is a war far worse than man has ever seen in history. I tipi come Menozzi stravolgono o addirittura ignorano il fondamento degli Apostoli, pertanto non aderiscono alla Chiesa cattolica apostolica romana e vanno quindi classificati apostati. Fosse solo un problema individuale, potremmo non preoccuparcene e solo pregare per la conversione di questi fratelli che errano, il dramma è che questi apostati formano la burocrazia che dirige la Chiesa e trascinano nell’errore la gran parte degli ignari credenti.
Come si forma nel corso della vita l’immenso repertorio dei comportamenti di un uomo? Che influenza ha l’ambiente ? E’ possibile per un uomo controllare i comportamenti di un altro uomo ? Come si formano le abitudini e le dipendenze? Come rafforzare quelle buone ed estinguere quelle cattive? Che parte ha l’imitazione nel formarsi del repertorio dei comportamenti?
Questo è il punto : l’omosessualità è un comportamento innato o acquisito ? Se è acquisito come si estingue ? Se c’è la possibilità di estinguerlo visto la sua improbabile naturalità perché non tentare di estinguerlo anziché giustificarlo e incoraggiarlo, aumentandone per conseguenza la diffusione?
E’ questo che vorrei sentir dire dalla Chiesa e da qualche Pontificia Accademia delle Scienze, della Fede e quant’altro, ma non so perché si continua a vaneggiare sulla necessità di accompagnare, avere misericordia ecc. ecc. Tutte chiacchiere vuote e nel vuoto.
Penso che l’origine dell’omosessualità sia il vero tabù di oggi. Se si studiasse il fenomeno , si correrebbe il rischio di dover usare parole sgradevoli, come anomalia o disturbo mentale. Ciò che è certo è che non è genetico, anche se ci possono essere delle predisposizioni.
Certamente il trans che pensa di diventare una donna travestendosi fino a diventare una parodia
del femminile (talvolta di qualche animale) , qualche problema ce l’ha.
Quel che è peggio è che attualmente spingono i giovani ad essere sempre più sessualmente fluidi, a praticare un erotismo sempre più estremo, disordinato e doloroso, è una vera moda, legata anche al consumismo, ma soprattutto legata a satana che vuole caos e distruzione.
Dai, che adesso il papetto ha ricevuto John Kerry e… Usa e Vaticano sono molto vicini, come ha sottolineato persino il tg3.
Poi magari qualcuno mi spiega perché, se la SC per la Dottrina della Fede dice che non si possono benedire le coppie omosessuali, chi se ne importa, facciamo come ci pare; se dice che non necessariamente si deve negare la comunione ai politici abortisti (leggi Biden), allora evviva, ubbidiamo contenti e tutti a festeggiare.
Quanto a Menozzi, è il classico prodotto delle università italiane, che dire di più? Qualche anno fa se ne uscì con un articolo in cui diceva che prima la Chiesa usava la dottrina come un’ideologia, adesso col papetto invece c’è solo l’annuncio evangelico…
E’ sempre la solita solfa. Altrove scrisse che il culto al Sacro Cuore era una roba ideologica di destra di fine Ottocento-inizio Novecento. Per lui come per gli altri Ortofrutticoli (Melloni, Faggioli, Ceci: non sto scherzando, si chiamano davvero così) l’importante è decostruire la storia della Chiesa e esaltare il Progresso. Per fare ciò forzano l’interpretazione delle fonti storiche – come in senso inverso fanno i pliniani: peccato che non ci sia un bel dibattito pubblico tra di loro, sarebbe divertente – e ovviamente marchiano come pericoloso reazionario chiunque non condivida la loro impostazione e il loro punto di vista (esattamente come i pliniani etichettano come rivoluzionario chiunque smentisca le loro interpretazioni storiche altrettanto fallaci).
